Refund Policy

Fahad's Shipyard uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record. By using our Services, you agree to Paddle's Refund Policy.
1. General Policy
Unless required by applicable law, all transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Access to the product will cease immediately upon the issuance of a refund.
2. Refund Window
Paddle may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund if a request is submitted within 14 days of your transaction date. Submission of a request within this 14-day period does not guarantee a refund.
3. Statutory Withdrawal Rights
Consumers in the European Union, EEA, and UK have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from digital content and service contracts. This right does not apply if you have started to download or use the product and have given express consent to waive your withdrawal rights.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please use one of the following methods provided by Paddle:
- Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your transaction confirmation email.
- Submit a request via the support link in your receipt.
- Visit paddle.net and select the "Request refund" option.
